Tanvi Lal

Tanvi Lal has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at United Breweries Ltd. in 2014. Tanvi then worked as a Human Resource Operations Specialist at Babajob.com, where they managed recruitment and onboarding processes. Later, they joined Villgro Innovations Foundation as an HR Manager, where they collaborated with the leadership team to implement HR initiatives and drive employee engagement. Tanvi then worked as a Senior HR Specialist at Zynga, where they automated data entry and employee communication, launched new employee benefits, and restructured HR processes. Currently, they are the Head of People at BukuWarung, overseeing HR operations, strategy, and talent acquisition for 200+ employees across India and Southeast Asia. Additionally, they are a Community Member at The Talent Deck.

Tanvi Lal has a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Tanvi has obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2020, as well as certifications in Designing Emotion: How to Use Design to Move People and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2019.
