With over 25 years of retail and project lead experience, she has strived to enhance customer’s day to day experiences by developing business strategies on enhancing services and procedures. During her time in retail, Katrina has worked in various departments such as merchandising, project lead that had successfully implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, corporate trainer which provided training for all associates on various company software, and led warehouse and inventory control teams. Also, Katrina has kept up with current market trends that give her the advantage on how to move forward on future projects and is always excited to see how things change and finding new ways to adapt to future trends.
