Bridget O'Connor

Bridget O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bridget started their career at MICROS Systems Inc in 1994, where they served as a Sr. Account Manager, handling project management responsibilities for their largest hotel customer. In 1998, they joined Aramark as the Director of Payroll Projects and System Administration. In this role, Bridget managed a team of 18 reports and 10 consultants, overseeing project management and developing business cases for new payroll systems. Bridget remained with Aramark until 2017. Following this, Bridget joined Clarivate Analytics as a Director of Global Payroll. Bridget held this position until 2022, during which they handled payroll responsibilities on a global scale. Currently, Bridget is working at Bumble, where they hold the role of Senior Director of Global Payroll and HRIS, showcasing their expertise in global payroll management.

Bridget O'Connor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University. Bridget also has an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Bryant & Stratton College and another Associate's Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from State University of New York at Delhi. In addition, Bridget has obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2007.
