Stuart Brody

Stuart Brody has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Stuart is currently serving as the VP of Global Total Rewards & HR Shared Services at Bumble since February 2022. Prior to this, Stuart held the role of SVP of Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics at TCF Bank from December 2016 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Kaufman Financial Group from May 2014 to December 2016 and as a Managing Consultant at Pay Strategy LLC from January 2012 to May 2014. Stuart also has experience as a Compensation Consultant at Towers Watson from October 2006 to December 2011 and as a Compensation Analyst at Watson Wyatt Worldwide from May 2001 to September 2006.

Stuart Brody completed their bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
