Massimo Belloni

Massimo Belloni is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in machine learning and data engineering. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager for Machine Learning at Bumble Inc. since November 2020, Massimo oversees the Integrity & Safety team, focusing on proactive detection technologies for safety threats. Prior to this role, Massimo was a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Team Lead for Data Engineering at HousingAnywhere, where responsibilities included building a cross-functional team and enhancing data architecture through innovative technology adoption. Massimo began their career with a summer internship at Accenture, where backend development for a web application was performed. Massimo holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by leadership training from Harvard Business School Online.
