Lisa Cole

Lisa Cole is the Talent Programs Director at Bungie, and the Founder/Owner of SheSails Seattle, a female-owned sailing program on Lake Union. With a background in organizational development, consulting, and leadership roles at companies such as BECU, Unify Consulting, and Amazon, she brings over fifteen years of experience in driving organizational efficiency and growth. Lisa has also worked as a Sailboat Captain at Lake Union Charters and Adventures, and has a strong educational background with degrees from Seattle University, University of Washington, and San Diego State University.
