Pieter Boogers has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting with their role as an All-round Employee at Ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera hotel from 2005 to 2012. During their time there, they worked in various departments such as breakfast, bar/restaurant, kitchen, reception, and night auditing. Pieter then interned at the Académie Accor department at AccorHotels headquarters in 2010.

Afterward, Pieter joined AccorHotels as a Quality & Service Supervisor from 2013 to 2014. Following that, they worked at WestCord Hotels as a Front Office Supervisor from 2014 to 2015. Pieter then moved to Generator Hostels in 2016, where they initially worked as a Front of House Supervisor before being promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager.
