Shauna Hayes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shauna started their career as a Team Supervisor at Marketing Alternatives in 2001 and later held roles such as Operations Manager, Workforce Manager, and Director of Operations within the same company. In 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Ameren for two years. Shauna then transitioned to BUNN, where they held various roles including Call Center Supervisor, Call Center Manager, Senior Call Center Manager, and currently, they are the Director of Call Center Operations. Throughout their career, Shauna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing operations, implementing new technologies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. Shauna has also consistently monitored and improved call center metrics, providing valuable feedback and coaching to improve performance and meet service level objectives.

Shauna Hayes received their Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Lincoln Land Community College in 2012.
