Philipp Martin

Philipp Martin is currently a Customer Experience Associate at Bunny Studio. Prior to that, they were a Quality Control and Loading Logistician and Warehouse Distributor at PD Refractories from June 2018 to September 2018. There, they increased productivity by optimizing individual logistical processes. Before that, they were a Senior Financial Advisor at Plan Wealth Management from May 2018 to June 2020, where they provided clients with advice on financial matters and made recommendations on ways to best utilise their money. Philipp has a wealth of experience in advising clients on products and services available, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs. Philipp also specializes in particular products, depending on their clients, such as selling employee pension schemes to companies, pension or investment advice to private clients. Philipp is excellent at conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, current provision and future aims. Philipp is very good at designing financial strategies and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services. Philipp is also skilled in researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products, and liaising with head office and financial services providers.

Philipp Martin has a B. Sc. in Construction Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, an associate's degree in Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD from BBS 3 Hannover, and a high school diploma in Theirtory and English from Erich-Kästner-Schule Bochum. Philipp is also certified by IHK Hannover in the German Vocational Act certified profession of Draftsman in Civil Engineering, Roadworks and Landscaping, and by HubSpot Academy in Inbound Sales.

Their manager is Christina Gomez, Head of Customer Experience. They are on a team with Donia Osama - Customer Experience Associate, Sylvana Bernal - Customer Experience Associate, and Clara Pusarelli - Key Account Manager.
