Ese Edwards

Ese Edwards is an experienced professional in programme delivery and project management, currently serving as the Head of Programme Delivery and Programme Manager at Bupa since August 2011. In this role, Ese designs and drives strategic initiatives focused on business outcomes and benefits realization within Bupa UK Insurance. Prior work includes a position as a Senior Project Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group, where Ese led transformational changes for the General Insurance Solvency II regulatory programme. Additional experience as a Project and Programme Consultant involved managing regulatory compliance and enhancing banking solutions at various organizations, including Barclays Bank and the Cooperative Bank. Ese holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School.
