Victoria Hatton

Victoria Hatton possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Burberry since April 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria worked with Al Tayer Group as Senior Human Resources Business Partner from January 2021 to March 2022, and held various positions at Marks & Spencer MENA and Hong Kong & Macau, including Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2020. In earlier roles, Victoria was involved in Emiratisation talent acquisition at Al-Futtaim and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at BAC Middle East, the UAE's longest established professional recruitment agency. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Leicester, earned between 2009 and 2012.
