POSITION STATEMENT
BurdaLuxury is looking for a Social Media Growth Executive to manage the social media channel of our teams in (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and India). This role will be responsible for discovering and posting high-performing and engaging content for Lifestyle Asia, Prestige, and Augustman. We're looking for a professionally experienced, analytical individual whose role will entail managing and coordinating content on our social channels with a focus on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as executing and optimizing our paid activities, driving engagement and followership to our brands. Working with our editorial, video, and regional social team the ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a flawless comprehension of spoken and written English, deep knowledge of the latest social media tools, trends, and platforms, and be plugged into contemporary popular culture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Discover, manage, and post content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn with a data-driven approach
Promoting well-performing website content (based on Insights/GA), news, and UGC on our social media channels
Develop tactics on how to grow the following of our social media channels
Managing daily real-time performance marketing activities, optimization and testing to improve performance
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences (Deep diving into audience insights)
