Rebecca Shaw

Rebecca Shaw is the Founder of Rebecca Shaw Coaching, where she coaches women in tech careers by sharing her knowledge and experiences. Additionally, she is the Women in Tech & Youth Engagement Lead at Burendo, where she builds partnerships to support young people and underrepresented groups in accessing tech careers. Rebecca has extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, consultancy, and business analysis roles, working with various companies to support personal development, career progression, and Continuous Improvement. She holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University.
