Samir is an associate in the Banking and Finance team, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. Samir has advised lenders and borrowers in relation to bilateral and syndicated facility and associated security products. He has gained experience in a range of areas such as real estate finance, project finance, leveraged finance and general corporate banking. Samir has significant experience working on transactions with cross-border and international elements.
