Fleur Oosterveer

Fleur Oosterveer serves as the Manager at Flint People since September 2021, where responsibilities include team coaching, growth facilitation, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. In addition to managing Flint People, Fleur also holds the title of Manager for The Next Label, overseeing multiple brands dedicated to enhancing organizational and individual development. With prior experience as a Recruitment Business Partner at Gaiyo and Red Data Group, Fleur has focused on recruitment processes across various sectors. Previous roles at Manpower and OmnicomMediaGroup NL have contributed to a comprehensive background in human resource management, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
