Debrah Anyango

Debrah Anyango is an experienced Project Lead with a background in behavioral economics and research, having worked at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics from October 2019 to January 2024. Debrah has provided effective leadership, mentorship, and team-building support to enhance staff performance while managing project logistics and ensuring high-quality implementation standards. Prior to this, Debrah served as a Research Consultant for the United Nations University and Dalberg Research, focusing on qualitative assessments and community engagement. Debrah's earlier roles included Senior Field Officer and Research Officer at Busara and Innovations for Poverty Action, respectively, where responsibilities included conducting surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Debrah holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, as well as certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation and a diploma in Business Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
