Kimberly Majchrzak

Kimberly Majchrzak has a diverse work experience, starting in October 2009 with Abercrombie & Fitch, where they worked as an Assistant Manager. Kimberly'sresponsibilities included developing staff members, recruiting quality associates, managing sales and merchandising, and handling maintenance issues and payroll. In October 2013, they were promoted to the role of Store Manager, where they continued to oversee the store's operations until October 2015.

In October 2015, Kimberly joined Busey as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting experienced individuals for open positions and partnering with hiring managers to further Busey's commitment to the community. Kimberly utilized various platforms, including LinkedIn and job fairs, to identify top talent for the company.

Kimberly's career at Busey progressed, and they became a Regional Human Resources Manager in April 2021. In this role, they collaborated with Busey Human Resources and leadership in the Northern Region to address people-related issues and expectations. Kimberly'sresponsibilities included providing strategic input on associate relations, onboarding, coaching and development, performance and conflict management, and associate engagement. Kimberly also executed other initiatives related to regional or corporate initiatives and performance management in their region.

Kimberly Majchrzak earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Xavier University, where they attended from 2004 to 2009.
