Prudence Mohlala

Prudence Mohlala is currently working as a Metallurgical Plant Superintendent at Bushveld Minerals, overseeing the Ferrovanadium processes. Previously, Prudence worked at Hulamin for 9 years, starting as a Metallurgical Process Technician and advancing to roles like Metallurgical Process Supervisor. Prudence has a strong background in metallurgical processes, including commissioning plants, analyzing process quality, and training personnel. Prudence holds a Higher National Diploma in Metallurgy and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma/ Honors degree in Business Administration.
