Anna Alasmaa

Anna Alasmaa has held several roles in customer insight, service development, and customer experience management. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at Tekes. In 2018, they joined Business Finland as a Customer Experience Manager and later served as a Service Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Customer Insight and Advice at Business Finland. Anna also has experience as a Chief Technology Adviser at Tekes.

Anna Alasmaa has completed an education in Service Design at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development and Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Anna also holds a degree in Tech.Lic with a specialization in Pulp & Paper Technology, Business Strategy, and International Marketing from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
