Deb's passion is people. In 2019, she was brought on b0ard to provide employee support to BIG while the company was undergoing an HR transition. Her role at BIG is to retain BIGs most valued asset - the employees. As a member of the Leadership Team Deb proactively works to help BIGs employees find success. Whether it's helping to create a career path, facilitate steps to grow an employee's career or providing an encouraging word, that's where you will find Deb. Deb began her career in Human Resources as an independent HR Consultant. She was hired by a local Architectural and Engineering firm where she worked in HR and was placed on the Leadership Team. Deb worked there for 18+ years before joining BIG. Deb attended Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, KY.
