Arnaud Teil

Arnaud Teil is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as VP HR of Global Talent Acquisition at Pure Storage since October 2018, Arnaud is responsible for recruiting and inspiring talent essential for data management. Previous roles include VP HR of Global Engineering Organization & People Analytics at Pure Storage and various senior HR positions at Cisco, where Arnaud led teams focused on HR operations, business partnerships, and program delivery for a large engineering workforce. Arnaud's career also includes managerial roles in customer service operations, financial advisory at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, and cryptography in the French military. Arnaud holds a French Master and License in Natural Sciences from Université de Bordeaux, as well as a B.S. in Mathematics and Biology from the same institution.
