Carlos Chou

Carlos Chou is the current President at Business Operation Technologies PTE. LTD., where he is focused on reinventing the way enterprise-grade software is built with the BOT-CETA platform to launch 3X faster and more cost effectively. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Ratio, where he focused on revenue-based financing. Carlos also founded CLZ Health, Inc., a cross border medical tourism platform, and held leadership roles at Workday, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SAP, and Oracle. He has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
