David Fleischer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development. As Principal at Business Resource Services since 2012, David partners with service providers to offer clients high-value services, focusing on cash flow enhancement and financial solutions. Prior to this role, David founded Aqualine Resources, Inc., leading the company as President & CEO for over two decades, achieving over $15 million in sales and a strong team of 45 employees in energy and water efficiency solutions. David's earlier career includes positions at Apollo Computer, Inc. as Manager of Business Planning and IBM Corporation as Staff Planner, where specialized training and responsibilities in software operations planning were undertaken. David holds a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, as well as an MBA in Finance, both from Syracuse University.
