Ayanna YanceyCato has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles related to healthcare provider relations and operations. Ayanna started their career at Blue Cross Blue Shield in 1996, where they progressed from a Customer Service Senior Associate to a Supervisor and eventually a Manager, leading teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ayanna then joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Provider Relations Network Manager, where they built strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilitated compliance with contractual obligations. Following this, Ayanna worked at Senior Whole Health and National Health Insurance Company in roles focused on network development, provider relations, and Medicare outreach. Ayanna then joined Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a Contract Administrator/Manager, negotiating and managing complex contracts with healthcare providers and vendors. Later, they worked at Provider Network Alliance (PNA) as a Provider Contracting Analyst, responsible for medical cost analysis, provider contract analysis, and financial planning. Most recently, Ayanna has been working at Mercer as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing service delivery teams and ensuring timely issue resolution and response to client requests. In 2019, they joined Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead. Throughout their career, Ayanna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare provider management.

Ayanna YanceyCato attended Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts from 1990 to 1994. Ayanna obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management during their time at the university.
