Assistant Vice President, Client Operations at Businessolver

Alexandra D'Acunzi, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alexandra is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Client Operations at Businessolver since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Sr. Client Operations Leader at Businessolver from January 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Businessolver, Alexandra worked at Alight Solutions as a Client Manager, Consulting, Benefits, HR and Financial Solutions from February 2014 to May 2018. In this role, they managed client relationships and service delivery for various clients, resulting in a significant reduction in customer effort across their entire book of business.

During their tenure at Capital One from March 2013 to December 2014, as a Senior Operations Process Manager, Special Handling, Alexandra successfully led the daily operations of two business units and designed a local leadership development program.

From January 2012 to March 2013, Alexandra worked as an Operations Supervisor, Imaging at Raymond James Financial Inc., where they provided support to over 300 branches and managed a team of data processors. Alexandra also led the post-acquisition integration of a data processing team at a newly acquired operations center.

At T. Rowe Price, Alexandra held two positions. From November 2007 to January 2012, they served as an Operations Supervisor, Retail Operations, supervising a group of licensed FINRA investment sales agents. Alexandra also developed a resource optimization plan during their tenure. Additionally, from November 2007 to April 2010, they worked as a Retail Investment Service Representative, where they specialized in CDs, 529s, and coached other sales representatives.

Prior to transitioning to the corporate world, Alexandra worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at DACCO, Inc. from June 2006 to November 2007.

Alexandra D'Acunzi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Criminology, with a minor in Fine Arts, from the University of Tampa, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 2008 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
