Scott Denson

Scott Denson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer/Chief Information Officer at BusPatrol, where they focus on creating a safer journey to and from school. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Information Security Officer at ACS Solutions, where they delivered security life cycle management and developed SecDevOps transformation strategies. Additionally, they served as the Director of Corporate IT Operations at AF - Group, where they developed new IT environment guidelines and strategies. Scott also has experience as the Chief Technology Officer at Alternative Technology Solutions, the Sr. Director of Global Networking/Voice Services at Flextronics, and the Vice President of Global Infrastructure Operations at Invensys. Scott has held leadership positions at Sanmina, Solectron, and MTC, where they oversaw infrastructure services, strategic investments, and global communications. It is also worth noting that Scott Denson holds certifications in Novell and Microsoft to support government initiatives.

Scott Denson attended Virginia College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General. Additionally, in May 2009, they obtained a certification in ITIL Service Operation from ITIL Managers. In January 2010, Scott obtained a (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
