Shandelle Jensen

Shandelle Jensen has five years of professional experience in web development and customer service. In 2019, they started as a Jr Web Developer at Busy Human. In 2018, they worked as a Jr Web Developer at Bittercreek Technology, Inc, where they were responsible for Front-End Development of a web platform, updating and customizing legacy software, and writing a script that compares XML files and outputs SQL requests to update a database. In the same year, they also worked as a student at DevPoint Labs. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Sales Associate & Workload Support at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where they facilitated sales and ensured a great shopping experience for customers by assisting with questions, locating items, and resolving issues. Shandelle also participated in audits of registers and daily totals. Additionally, they were an Assistant Coordinator at Louland Falls, where they helped set up, decorate, and clean the venue before events, and coordinated to ensure events ran smoothly.

Shandelle Jensen began their education in 2006 at Salt Lake Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science in General Studies. Shandelle then attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2009 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studio Art. In 2018, Shandelle obtained a Full-Stack Web Development certification from DevPoint Labs, and is currently enrolled at Utah Valley University, where they are pursuing a degree in Web and App Design and Development.
