Matthew Goldman

Matthew Goldman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Matthew is currently employed as a Senior Devops Engineer IV at ButcherBox, a position they started in May 2023. Prior to that, Matthew owned Liberty Bell Jerseys from January 2021 onwards. Matthew also worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Sporttrade from July 2022 to April 2023. Before that, Matthew held the role of Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Genesys from December 2021 to June 2022, and at Pointillist from June 2021 to December 2021. Matthew worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at SolarWinds MSP from November 2016 to June 2021. Matthew also has experience as a Systems Engineer at SciQuest in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Red Hat from March 2014 to May 2016. Matthew started their career at Intrex Computers as a Sales/Technical employee from March 2010 to January 2014. Matthew also served as a Teacher's Assistant at North Carolina State University from January 2010 to December 2010.

Matthew Goldman has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from North Carolina State University, which they completed between 2010 and 2013. Matthew then pursued an Associate's Degree in Networking from Wake Technical Community College, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Afterwards, between 2015 and 2017, Goldman obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from East Carolina University.

In addition to their formal education, Goldman has also obtained several certifications. Matthew became a Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation in June 2018. In April 2016, they obtained the Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack, as well as the Red Hat Certificate of Expertise in Hybrid Cloud Storage. In November 2014, Goldman became a Red Hat Certified Virtualization Administrator, and in April 2014, they obtained the Red Hat Certified Engineer and Red Hat Certified System Administrator certifications. Furthermore, they obtained the CompTIA A (2009 edition) certification in December 2010, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from Amazon Web Services in December 2017.
