Becky Tilley

Becky Tilley is a seasoned veterinarian with extensive experience in the poultry industry, currently serving as the Veterinarian and Director of the Pathology Laboratory at Butterball LLC since 1999. In this role, Becky oversees flock health through disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, while also developing programs for vaccination, surveillance, and bio-security. Prior to joining Butterball, Becky held the position of Laboratory Director and Area Supervisor at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from 1996 to 1999, where diagnostics and inspection activities were managed. Additional experience includes roles as a Veterinary Consultant in the poultry industry and Technical Services Manager at Louis Rich Company, as well as research as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at North Carolina State University. Becky holds a D.V.M. in Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University, obtained in 1989.
