Sophie Smith is an experienced professional in the field of eating disorder recovery and advocacy. Currently serving as a Lived Experience Speaker for the Butterfly Foundation, Sophie engages in various advocacy initiatives and media contributions. Involvement with the InsideOut Institute includes consulting on several projects related to eating disorders and contributing to the National Eating Disorder Research and Translation Strategy.
