Jessica Delaney

Jessica Delaney is an experienced professional in employee experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience at Jobber since March 2021, Jessica supports small home services businesses through a leading SaaS platform that streamlines operations. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant + Studio Manager at Encircled from February 2019 to March 2021, and as Office Manager at White Lotus Clinic from April 2017 to February 2019. Jessica holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, a Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, and an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from Humber College.
