Button is seeking a multi-faceted People Operations leader with ambition to dive into all that is required to build an incredible team and culture. As the leader of our People function, your two primary goals will be helping Button grow its world class team and creating an environment and culture that attracts the best talent from around the world. In a fully remote setting, we’ll need someone hungry to navigate the new challenges thrust upon fast growing companies that operate remotely and help build and execute that strategy while maintaining the magic of Button’s famous culture!

**Responsibilities

  • Recruit and bring more incredible humans to the Button team
  • Strategize and execute on ways to enhance life at Button
  • Work as a liaison between the team and leaders to ensure that everyone is able to contribute their best work every day.
  • Ensure Button’s “onboarding process” for new employees inspires and differentiates
  • Support with internal company events and team building experiences
  • Fulfill Button’s commitment to the team of being a bastion of growth and development both as humans and as professionals
  • Architect growth initiatives and internal programming so that Button provides team members with opportunity to learn, hone new skills, and grow
  • Asses the company’s health and employee satisfaction - and implement company-wide surveys so leaders are able to keep an accurate “finger on the pulse” of the business

**Requirements

  • 5+ years of human resources experience, ideally within a technology company
  • Experience operating in a recruiting function and in an HR function
  • History of partnering with executives and junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to listen, quickly understand, succinctly convey opinions and strong written proficiency
  • Desire to operate as a leader and grow in the People function in a company with a “goal oriented mindset”
  • This a full-time position with location anywhere
  • You'll report directly to the CEO
