Adrian Sopp

Adrian Sopp has held various technical and management roles throughout their career. Adrian began in 1982 with an Electronic Mechanic apprenticeship at the Ministry of Defence. After that, they worked as an Instrumentation/Controls Technician at Hayden Maintenance Ltd. Adrian then moved on to Cray Communications Ltd, where they served as a Senior Product Specialist and later as a Repair & Test Engineer. From there, they joined Newbridge Networks as a Principal Product Specialist, providing technical support and managing customer issues. Adrian then worked at Alcatel and Alcatel-Lucent as a Systems Consultant and Principal Systems Consultant, respectively, focusing on technical consultation and network design. Adrian later served as a Technical Consultant at Blackrock Computers Ltd and as a Technical Manager at Inexus Group Limited. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Fibre Systems & Network Development at BUUK Infrastructure.

Adrian Sopp attended Newbury Technical College, where they studied Electronic and Electrical Engineering. The specific start and end dates of their education are not provided.
