Head of Customer Acquisition at Buymie

Will Tombs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in digital marketing and customer acquisition. They started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Coull in 2013 and later worked as a Digital Marketing Lead at STUFF Advertising from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Will served as a Strategic Account Lead at The Organic Agency. They then joined Propeller Digital as a Senior Digital Strategist from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Will became the Marketing Director at Soho Scooters and worked there until July 2022. They also worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at digitombs from May 2020 onwards. In 2021, Will joined Buymie as the Head of Customer Acquisition, where they led the acquisition team and were responsible for strategy and budgeting to drive user acquisition. Buymie became the fastest growing tech startup in Ireland in 2022 and launched the ASDA Express delivery app in May 2022. In January 2023, Buymie was acquired by Dunnes Stores, and Will continued their role as the Head of Customer Acquisition for buymie within Dunnes Stores. Since February 2023, Will Tombs has been working as the Head of Customer Acquisition for Dunnes Stores.

Will Tombs attended Aston University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Product Design & Management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Bristol Cathedral Choir School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
