Stefan Tilmes

Stefan Tilmes is currently the Head of I&T Strategic Projects and Head of Migration & Integration Projects at BWI GmbH. Prior to this, Stefan worked as a Program Manager and Interim Manager as an Independent Freelancer. With experience as a Manager of international projects and programs at IBM, and as a Scientist/Project Manager at the German Weather Service, Stefan Tilmes holds a Doctor of Physics (PhD) in Geophysics from the University of Cologne.
