Sabrina Greenwood has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2016, they started their career as a Cashier/Hostess at Dolce Italia, a pizzeria/restaurant in Sri Lanka. Sabrina then moved on to work as an Intern at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Maldives, where they gained exposure to different cuisines and worked as a hostess at the All-Day Dining restaurant. In 2018, Sabrina worked as a Sales Representative at House of Wines, where they focused on selling and distributing food products that could be paired with wine. Sabrina later undertook internships at Shangri-La Group in Sri Lanka and Dubai, where they gained experience in the hotel industry and contributed in various dining establishments. Most recently, starting in 2022, Sabrina joined By Miles as a Customer Experience Executive.

Sabrina Greenwood's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Asian International School and obtained a Highschool Diploma in Social Sciences. Sabrina then went on to pursue higher education and from 2017 to 2020, they attended both Taylor's University and Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management.

In addition to their formal education, Sabrina also obtained certifications in the field of hospitality and food safety. In December 2019, they completed the WSET (Level 2) Awards in Wines & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Sabrina also obtained a Food Safety & Hygiene Certification from Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in February 2020, and a Food Handler Certification from the Ministry Of Health, Malaysia (KKM) in October 2019.
