Your Role:

Expertly install, repair, and preserve a variety of roofing systems across Grass Valley and the Sacramento Valley.
Evaluate roofing conditions, strategize repairs or replacements, and execute with proficiency.
Tailor roofing materials to exact specifications utilizing both hand and powered tools.
Implement superior waterproofing and weatherproofing to safeguard roof integrity.
Collaborate with our team, ensuring workflows are smooth and project deadlines are met.

Your Credentials:

At least one year of shingle roofing experience.
Broad knowledge of diverse roofing systems and materials.
Proficiency in roofing techniques, including laying underlayment, installation of flashing, and sealant application.
Capability to work at heights with excellent balance and physical agility.
Skilled in the use of roofing tools and equipment.
Up-to-date on building codes, regulations, and safety procedures pertaining to roofing.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional workmanship.
Possession of a valid CA driver’s license, a clean driving record, and dependable transportation.
Physical stamina to work in varying weather conditions.
