Alexandra Pasanen

Alexandra Pasanen is the current Director of Parent Experience at ByHeart. Alexandra has held various customer service and management positions at different companies over the years. These companies include Jones Road Beauty, Magic Spoon, Away, Outdoor Voices, Luke's Lobster, Mary Giuliani Catering & Events, KHJ Brand Activation, and OptiGolf Middleton. Alexandra has always been passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that everyone has a positive experience. Alexandra is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in their accomplishments.

Alexandra Pasanen received their MA in Food Studies from New York University, their BA in English from the University of Michigan, and their MFA in English Creative Writing from The George Washington University. Alexandra also attended Groton School.

Alexandra Pasanen reports to Ron Belldegrun, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Bob Peruzzi - Chief Financial Officer, Elyssa Dimant - Chief Brand & Communications Officer, and Ann Power - Senior Director, People & HR.
