Andrew D. Kowalski

Andrew D. Kowalski has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Andrew D. began their career at Boulevard National Bank/First Bank Systems, where they worked their way up from credit analyst to Assistant Vice President in commercial banking. Andrew D. then joined Pullman Bank & Trust as a Vice President in commercial banking before moving on to Royal American Bank, where they served as a Senior Vice President in commercial banking. At Royal American Bank, Andrew managed a large commercial loan portfolio and led teams focused on business development and achieving annual goals. Andrew D. then joined Midwest Bank & Trust as a Senior Vice President, first as the Division Head and later as the Managed Assets Group Head. In these roles, they managed and led teams focused on resolving troubled credit portfolios and achieving credit resolution goals. Andrew's most recent position was at FirstMerit Bank, where they served as a Senior Vice President and Team Leader. In this role, they managed and led a team focused on middle market relationships and transactions, developing and executing strategic business growth plans. Currently, Andrew is working at Byline Bank as a Senior Vice President and Group Head.
