Avani Shroff

Avani Shroff has over 18 years of professional experience in the recruitment industry. Avani began their career in 2003 as a Service Delivery Manager at OS2i India Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for leading a team of 6 Account Managers and 50 Internet Researchers. In 2006, Avani joined iPlaceUSA as a Sourcing Manager, and was later promoted to VP Operations. During their time at iPlaceUSA, they were able to achieve 500 percent revenue growth in the little over 3 years of taking on the position. In 2015, Avani founded Six Hats Online Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to help small businesses grow and enable them to sell their products online. Most recently, they have been the Director of Business Operations at Bynry since 2022.

Avani Shroff completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from St. Anne's in 1994-1996. Avani then attended SP College, Pune from 1996-2001 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication. In 2005-2007, they earned a PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. In 2020, they obtained a Strategy and Sustainable Enterprise certification from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In 2021, they obtained a Project Management Foundation certification from LinkedIn.
