Mitali Mukherjee

Mitali Mukherjee has worked in various roles since 2011. Mitali began their career as an Administrative Assistant at intiGrow in 2011. In 2013, they joined SIDDHASHILA GROUP as an HR GENERALIST, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, leave and attendance management, and payroll administration. In 2017, they joined Supreme Trans Concepts Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Bynry as an HR and Business Operations Manager, where their responsibilities included monitoring and improving daily functions, building processes based on business goals, measuring the efficiency of employees and procedures, ensuring monthly and annual compliance, and considering the needs of external and internal stakeholders.

Mitali Mukherjee completed a Diploma in Labour Law from Careers in Pune in 2016. Mitali then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in HR from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Post-graduate Degree in Human Resource from the same institution. Mitali also holds a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from ILS Law College, Pune, which is affiliated with Pune University.
