Your Mission

Our Berlin office is moving to an exciting new location and we are now looking for a part-time Office Manager (f/m/x)! Your job is to make our office a place where people enjoy working. You will help us create a productive and welcoming environment - working closely with the HR team and management.

This is what you will do

  • Be responsible for making the office a place people enjoy coming to
    • Welcome new employees on their first day and show them around
    • Be available for people in the office if they need help or support and point them into the right direction when needed (e.g. HR, Tech Support, Finance etc)
    • Organise a selection of fruits, snacks, drinks, tee, coffee that people enjoy eating and drinking
    • Organise smaller regular social events in the office to engage with people
    • Help manage and organise irregular on-site events
  • Make sure the office process are well and efficiently managed
    • Be responsible for keeping the office clean and tidy
    • Make sure our plants are alive and well
    • Take over the management of our external service providers and partners (e.g. cleaning companies, craftsmen, janitors, etc.)
    • Manage on-site utilities such as kitchen appliances, etc
    • Open, scan and sort our incoming office mail
    • Coordinate parcel deliveries and collections

  • General management
    • Coordinate and book business travel for team members (transportation and accommodation)
    • Support the IT team with hardware management for new joiners and leavers when needed
    • Assist with the planning and preparation of parties and events
    • Coordinate & schedule interviews along with our Talent Acquisition team as required
    • Work with our finance team on issues such as invoice management, expense reports and reimbursements, etc.
