We are the leading independent e-commerce logistics platform in Europe that provides scalable fulfillment services for e-commerce businesses and fast-growing D2C brands. From warehousing, picking and packing, delivery, and returns management, we take care of the whole order fulfillment process for online shops. By using our solution, retailers get access to a broad network of warehouses across Europe, which are all interconnected via our software. This enables e-commerce retailers to manage their whole logistics with our powerful all-in-one tool, in the fastest and most efficient way possible. As a result, merchants can improve their delivery speed, reduce logistics costs and optimize product availability.

This is what you will do

You are in charge of our recruitment process, and will:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across all business units
  • Write and post job descriptions and research new job boards
  • Manage our ATS and make sure that we are in line with GDPR guidelines
  • Actively source potential candidates by using creative techniques, perform pre-screening calls as well as coordinate interviews
  • Provide a top-notch candidate experience to our applicants
  • Manage the applicant pipeline and make sure that there is a constant flow of talent
  • Compose job offers in cooperation with hiring managers
  • Make sure that our recruiting KPIs are met and processes are optimised
  • Work closely with our HR team on ad hoc projects or topics 

This is what you will need to succeed

  • Required proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager (3+ years)
  • Hands-on experience with various competency based interviewing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and databases (knowledge of Greenhouse would be a big plus)
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. via LinkedIn, etc)
  • Fluency in the English language, German or other fluent language skills would be a big plus
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Industry experience (Logistics or E-Commerce) would be a big plus
