Rastislav Kobac

Rastislav Kobac has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rastislav is currently employed as a Senior Frontend Developer at byrd, an e-commerce fulfillment platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Podigee – Podcast Hosting & Analytics, where they gained expertise in Angular JS, CoffeScript, and HAML templates. Rastislav also served as a Frontend/Backend Developer at gnf.dk, focusing on Noah integration, and as an In-house Web Developer at Widewalls Ltd, a renowned art online resource. Before transitioning to web development, they worked as a Freelancer, taking up data entry and web development projects. Additionally, Rastislav has experience as a System Administrator at IKOM and as a Distribution Administrator at Integral Inženjering. Rastislav started their career as a Freelance Translator for various NGOs and also worked as a Consecutive Interpreter at Calera company. Rastislav's early career also involved being an Editor of a youth radio program at Kontakt radio.

Rastislav Kobac completed their high school education at Engineering school "Nikola Tesla" in Banja Luka from 1994 to 1998, where they studied information technologies. Later, they pursued higher education at the University of Belgrade in Belgrade, Serbia, from 2001 to 2008. During this time, they earned a Master's Degree from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy.
