Sercan Karabulut

Sercan Karabulut's work experience includes various roles in operations and project management. Sercan started their career as a Clerk Kfz-Schäden at Kalayci & Kollegen, where they were responsible for organizing the company and documenting vehicle damage. Sercan then worked as a Taekwondo Instructor at Taekwondo Chae, supporting tournament events and coaching athletes.

Karabulut later joined BMW Group as a Launch, Project Steering member at MINI Plant Oxford. In this role, they assisted in the implementation of launch projects and was involved in project steering, launch control, IPT, SIT, special vehicles, and technology steering.

Most recently, they have been working at byrd, initially as a Junior Operations Project Manager and then progressing to Operations Project Manager and Operations Quality Manager. Sercan'sresponsibilities at byrd included optimizing the supply chain, maintaining fulfillment activities' quality and efficiency, and developing and implementing new process and product solutions. Additionally, they played a leading role in introducing, maintaining, and improving the company's quality management system.

Throughout their work experience, Karabulut demonstrated skills in project management, process optimization, quality control, and team coordination.

Sercan Karabulut completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they received training in office management from Hans-Litten-Schule (OSZ Recht und Wirtschaft) Berlin, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2023, they obtained the "Grundunterweisung Gefahrgut ADR Kap. 1.3" certification from ProSafeCon GmbH. In March 2023, they received certifications in "How to Effectively Audit Suppliers and Contractors for Initial Qualification" and "Quality Systems in the Digital Era: Are You Ready for the Future?" from Qualistery. In February 2023, they obtained the "Six Sigma-Yellow Belt" certification from byrd.
