Suma Abdo

Suma Abdo has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Suma currently works at byrd as a Senior Customer Care Consultant, where they have been since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Customer Care Consultant at the same company starting in November 2021. Before joining byrd, Suma worked at Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative from September 2020 to October 2021. Suma also has experience in the aviation industry, having worked at FraGround Fraport Ground Services GmbH as a Ramp Direct Services employee from July 2018 to June 2019. Suma's extensive background includes roles at the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC, where they served as a Deployment Officer from August 2015 to September 2016, a Logistics Responsible from March 2014 to July 2015, a Senior Logistician from April 2012 to March 2014, and an Air Operations Officer from August 2010 to March 2012.
