Rashad Alhajjar

Rashad Alhajjar has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rashad currently works at Bytemark as a Solutions Architect, where they are responsible for understanding and delivering the company's products and technical capabilities to clients. Rashad also analyzes customer requirements and leads design meetings for the adoption of new solutions.

Before that, Rashad worked at WITRON Group as a Control Center Specialist, where they managed and supported system operations and ensured their availability. Rashad also handled incident management, maintained client relations, and coordinated matters internally and with external clients.

Prior to that, Rashad was a Senior System Analyst at Roads and Transport Authority. In this role, they managed end-to-end delivery of projects, defined project objectives, gathered requirements, and led cross-functional teams.

Rashad also has experience at UL Middle East as a Sales Generalist and Transaction Security Advisor. As a Sales Generalist, they coordinated between sales and engineering, supported the Civil Defense Certificate of Conformity program, and assisted with finance and sales. As a Transaction Security Advisor, they performed software testing tasks, analyzed results, and managed coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, Rashad worked at INTRACO UAE Limited as an IT & Computer Network Engineer/Manager. In this role, they implemented and maintained IT infrastructure, developed IT policies, and ensured proper configuration of devices to support employee needs.

Throughout their career, Rashad has demonstrated expertise in technical solutions, project management, client relations, and IT infrastructure implementation.

Rashad Alhajjar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology, specializing in Computer Systems and Networks Engineering, from Jami't Al-Ba'ath University in the years 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include CSS Essential Training and Succeeding in Web Development: Full Stack and Front End from LinkedIn, Project Management from the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, and Transport-Mobile Ticketing and Project Risk Management for Professionals in the Transport Sector from FIME and excelledia respectively. Rashad has also completed courses in Data Science, Transport-Account Based Ticketing, and MS Project from various institutions. Moreover, they hold certifications in PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)- Exam Prep from the International Institute of Learning, QR Code Mobile Payment and Mobile Ticketing with Giant Pay from FIME, Information Security Education from UL, and EMV-Executive Summary and Expert Course from UL. Furthermore, they have completed a PMP Certification preparation Workshop from the Project Management Institute and a course in Nanotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
