Alma Acosta

Alma Acosta, MBA, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at C.H. Guenther & Son since April 2024, Alma has also held significant positions at Mi Rancho starting in September 2013, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Supervisor. Prior experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Manager at Clarmil Manufacturing Corp from June 2006 to September 2013, following an initial role as a Customer Service Representative at the same company from June 2004 to March 2006.
