CQC is expanding operations and is looking for a Payroll Manager to be based in Kenya. The Payroll and Benefits Manager will implement and oversee country specific and international pay process.
Key Objectives
Payroll management
Benefits Management
HR Operations
Collect and manage applicable employee data.
Support HR reporting.
Manage HR process tracking (Asana).
Qualifications or specialized knowledge/experience required:
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing payroll and benefits in a multi-country and multi state environment, for a global workforce.
Expert knowledge of international and domestic payroll tax and social security/ pension landscapes, and payroll regulatory compliance environment.
Minimum of 8 years experience in managing benefits at a global scale.
Knowledge of employment contract, compensation, performance and bonus practices, and country specific employment laws.
Expert at management and deployment of payroll systems and relevant software tools.
Experience identifying and delivering process and service improvements.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or relevant degree required, Master’s Degree is a plus.
Experience working in global organizations required.
Experience in climate change mitigation, renewable energy, environment, or with sustainable development organization preferred.
Very good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly and concisely articulate payroll and compliance communications when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels and teams across CQC global offices.
