Ari V.

Ari V. has over 25 years of work experience. Ari began their career in 1995 as an Underwater Electronics Training Commander and course instructor in the Israeli Navy. In 2002, they joined Verint as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, starting as a developer and eventually leading a group of 20. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the CTO and Founder of Volcari Software, then moved on to become the Vice President of Technology and Operations at skyrockit. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Software Development Manager at NCR Retail, where they led a group of 25, recruited and built a group of developers and QAs from scratch, and improved scrum and test automation processes. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at IBM Research as a Research staff member, Technical Lead, and Architect. During their time there, they assisted in interviewing multiple candidates, led a team from proof of concept to becoming an IBM product in two years, and led a team in India to migrate their product infrastructure to run on Kubernetes/Helm. In 2021, Ari V. joined C2i Genomics as a Senior Software Engineer and TechSee as a Senior R&D Group Manager.

Ari V. obtained a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Haifa. Ari then went on to pursue an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing from The University of Manchester. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a Plateau certification from IBM.
